Responsibilities

- Develop scenario-planning frameworks for C-suite executives across Fortune 500 clients

- Produce high-impact trend reports and strategic briefings for executive decision-making
- Partner with R&D teams to identify disruptive opportunities and innovation pathways
- Represent the firm at global futurist forums and thought leadership summits
- Mentor junior strategists in futures thinking methodologies
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futures Studies, Strategic Foresight, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 5+ years experience as a futurist, strategist, or innovation consultant
- Proven track record of publishing trend reports or thought leadership in 2026+ forecasting
- Expertise in systems thinking, scenario planning, and horizon scanning methodologies
- Deep understanding of exponential technologies and their societal implications
- Exceptional presentation skills with executive audiences
- Certification in Strategic Foresight (e.g., from futurists.org) strongly preferred
