Responsibilities
- Develop and execute the 2026 strategic foresight framework using predictive analytics and trend synthesis
- Lead innovation workshops to identify disruptive opportunities in AI, biotech, and sustainable tech
- Produce scenario-planning models for geopolitical and socioeconomic shifts affecting global markets
- Partner with R&D to prototype and validate future-facing solutions
- Present strategic insights to stakeholders through compelling visual narratives and data storytelling
- Build and nurture a network of futurists, academics, and industry pioneers
- Drive organizational adoption of agile methodologies for long-term strategic adaptation
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic planning, innovation consulting, or futurist roles
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Systems Thinking, or related quantitative field
- Proven expertise in scenario planning and horizon scanning methodologies
- Mastery of data visualization tools (Tableau, Power BI) and predictive modeling
- Exceptional communication skills with executive-level presentation experience
- Published thought leadership on emerging technologies or societal trends
- Certification in strategic foresight (e.g., CFIP) preferred
- Portfolio demonstrating 3+ successful strategic initiatives implemented
