Responsibilities
- Lead horizon scanning and trend analysis across AI, biotech, climate tech, and digital economies
- Develop 2026+ strategic scenarios and risk mitigation frameworks
- Present foresight insights to executive stakeholders and product teams
- Build cross-functional innovation roadmaps aligned with future market opportunities
- Conduct competitive intelligence and disruptor landscape mapping
- Author thought leadership on emerging paradigms and exponential technologies
- Advise on organizational resilience and adaptation to systemic change
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futures Studies, Strategy, Technology Forecasting, or related field
- 5+ years in strategic foresight, consulting, or innovation leadership
- Expertise in scenario planning and systemic analysis methodologies
- Deep understanding of exponential technologies (quantum, AGI, synthetic biology)
- Proven ability to translate complex futures into business strategy
- Exceptional presentation skills for executive audiences
- Published thought leadership in future studies or technology trends
- Certification in strategic foresight (e.g., CFCS) preferred
