Responsibilities
- Analyze global megatrends, technological disruptions, and socio-economic shifts to forecast 2026+ scenarios
- Develop strategic frameworks for organizations to navigate uncertainty and capitalize on emerging opportunities
- Lead cross-functional workshops to translate foresight into actionable innovation roadmaps
- Produce high-impact trend reports and predictive models for Fortune 500 clients
- Build and maintain a network of domain experts and thought leaders across emerging tech fields
- Advise executive teams on future-proofing strategies and organizational resilience
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futures Studies, Strategic Foresight, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 5+ years experience in strategic planning, trend analysis, or innovation consulting
- Proven ability to translate complex foresight into executable business strategies
- Expertise in scenario planning, horizon scanning, and systems thinking methodologies
- Strong portfolio demonstrating trend forecasting accuracy for 5+ year horizons
- Exceptional communication skills with ability to influence senior leadership
- Proficiency in foresight tools (e.g., Delphi method, STEEP analysis) and data visualization
