Responsibilities
- Conduct horizon scanning and trend analysis across technology, societal, and economic domains to identify disruptive opportunities
- Develop and present 5-10 year future scenarios to executive leadership and stakeholders
- Design innovation frameworks and strategic roadmaps for emerging markets and technologies
- Lead cross-functional teams in rapid prototyping and validation of future-facing concepts
- Establish strategic partnerships with academic institutions, think tanks, and industry disruptors
- Quantify future market potential and ROI for strategic initiatives
- Communicate complex future concepts through compelling narratives and visualizations
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futurism, Strategic Foresight, Innovation Management, or related field
- 7+ years in strategic planning, innovation consulting, or futurist role
- Proven track record of translating future trends into actionable business strategies
- Expertise in horizon scanning, scenario planning, and trend analysis methodologies
- Exceptional presentation skills with experience to executive audiences
- Deep understanding of exponential technologies (AI, biotech, quantum computing)
- Certification in Strategic Foresight (e.g., CFPS) preferred
- Portfolio demonstrating future-oriented strategy implementations
