- Develop and maintain comprehensive trend intelligence frameworks spanning AI, biotech, climate tech, and digital transformation
- Produce annual future-state scenarios with strategic implications for product development and market positioning
- Lead cross-functional workshops to align leadership teams on emerging opportunities and disruption risks
- Establish KPIs for future-readiness metrics across innovation pipelines and organizational capabilities
- Author thought leadership publications that position Horizon Labs as the authority on 2026 business horizons
- Partner with R&D to prototype solutions addressing predicted market gaps and societal needs

Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futures Studies, Strategic Foresight, Economics, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 8+ years in strategy consulting, innovation management, or futurist research
- Proven track record of translating foresight into commercial outcomes for Fortune 500 clients
- Expertise in horizon scanning, scenario planning, and systems thinking methodologies
- Published author or speaker at global forums on future trends and disruptive technologies
- Proficiency in data visualization tools (Tableau, Power BI) and trend analysis software
- Demonstrated ability to synthesize complex information into executive-ready narratives
- Experience advising C-suite on digital transformation and future-proofing strategies
