Responsibilities
- Develop and execute strategic foresight initiatives mapping technological, social, and economic trends through 2026
- Lead cross-functional workshops to identify disruptive opportunities and market inflection points
- Design scenario-planning models for enterprise resilience in rapidly evolving landscapes
- Present actionable recommendations to executive stakeholders with data-driven storytelling
- Build and maintain an ecosystem of industry futurists, technologists, and innovation partners
- Drive the integration of future insights into product roadmaps and business strategy
- Author thought leadership publications on emerging paradigms and their implications
Qualifications
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Strategic Foresight, Business Innovation, or related field
- 7+ years of experience in strategic planning, trend analysis, or futurist consulting
- Proven expertise in scenario planning, horizon scanning, and systems thinking
- Exceptional data synthesis and predictive modeling capabilities
- Deep understanding of exponential technologies (AI, quantum computing, biotech)
- Strong portfolio demonstrating successful future-strategy implementation
- Certification in Strategic Foresight (e.g., CFAP) preferred
- Experience advising C-suite executives on transformational change
