- Produce quarterly horizon scanning reports on exponential technologies (quantum computing, synthetic biology)
- Design organizational resilience strategies for AI-driven workforce transformation
- Present futures intelligence to executive boards and investment committees
- Mentor junior strategists in futures research methodologies
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futures Studies, Strategic Foresight, or related field
- 5+ years experience in strategic planning or trend analysis
- Proficiency in foresight tools (e.g., Delphi method, cross-impact matrices)
- Published thought leadership on future-of-work or tech ethics
- Experience with scenario planning for climate adaptation or AI governance
- Strong data visualization skills (Python/R preferred)
