Responsibilities
- Scan horizon for disruptive technologies, societal shifts, and market signals through quantitative/qualitative research
- Develop 5-year strategic scenarios and innovation roadmaps aligned with 2026 market projections
- Lead cross-functional workshops to embed foresight into product development and business planning
- Produce actionable trend reports and competitive intelligence for executive decision-making
- Establish KPIs to measure future-readiness and track strategic evolution
- Represent the organization at global futurism forums and industry thought leadership events
Qualifications
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Strategy, Economics, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 8+ years in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or technology trend analysis
- Proven track record of translating future insights into executable business strategies
- Expertise in scenario planning, horizon scanning, and systems thinking methodologies
- Deep knowledge of AI, biotech, climate tech, and human-computer interaction trajectories
- Exceptional storytelling skills with executive presentation experience
