As a key member of our Innovation Lab, you'll collaborate with Fortune 500 leaders to anticipate technological shifts, market disruptions, and societal transformations. Your insights will directly influence product development, investment strategies, and organizational transformation initiatives.
Responsibilities
- Analyze emerging technologies, sociocultural shifts, and economic indicators to forecast industry trends through 2030
- Develop scenario-planning frameworks for clients across tech, healthcare, and finance sectors
- Lead cross-functional workshops to translate foresight into actionable strategic roadmaps
- Produce high-impact trend reports and predictive analytics dashboards for executive stakeholders
- Partner with R&D teams to incubate future-focused initiatives and innovation pipelines
- Represent the company at global foresight forums and industry conferences
Qualifications
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Strategic Foresight, or related field (Master's required)
- 7+ years experience in trend analysis, innovation strategy, or consulting
- Proven track record of translating foresight into organizational strategy
- Expertise in scenario planning, horizon scanning, and systems thinking
- Strong data visualization skills with tools like Tableau or Power BI
- Published thought leadership in foresight or innovation publications
- Experience advising C-suite executives on long-term strategic positioning
