Responsibilities
- Analyze emerging tech trends (quantum computing, neuro interfaces, AI ethics) and their market impact by 2026
- Develop strategic foresight frameworks for product development and market expansion
- Produce annual 'Future State' reports with scenario planning and risk mitigation strategies
- Lead cross-functional workshops to align teams on long-term vision execution
- Establish partnerships with academic institutions and innovation accelerators
- Present findings to executive stakeholders and board members
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futures Studies, Strategic Foresight, or related field
- 8+ years in strategy consulting or corporate innovation with tech focus
- Proven track record of scenario planning and trend analysis
- Expertise in systems thinking and complex adaptive systems modeling
- Published thought leadership on future-of-work or future-of-technology
- Experience with horizon scanning methodologies and Delphi techniques
- Certification in Strategic Foresight (preferred)
