Responsibilities

- Collaborate with C-suite executives to align innovation pipelines with future business models
- Establish and curate a global network of futurists, technologists, and industry pioneers
- Translate complex future trends into executable product roadmaps and investment priorities
- Design and deliver immersive foresight workshops for cross-functional teams
- Produce high-impact trend reports and strategic briefings for board-level stakeholders
Qualifications
- Advanced degree in Strategic Foresight, Futures Studies, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 7+ years in strategic planning, innovation consulting, or futurist practice
- Proven track record of translating foresight into market-leading initiatives
- Expertise in scenario planning, horizon scanning, and trend analysis methodologies
