Responsibilities
- Analyze emerging technological, social, and economic trends to inform 5-year strategic vision
- Lead cross-functional innovation sprints to prototype future-facing solutions
- Develop scenario-planning frameworks for disruptive market shifts
- Present strategic insights to executive stakeholders and industry forums
- Manage partnerships with academic institutions and research labs
- Oversee implementation of innovation governance frameworks
- Champion ethical innovation practices and sustainable development goals
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic planning, innovation management, or futurism
- Expertise in trend analysis, scenario planning, and horizon scanning
- Strong background in at least one technical domain (AI, biotech, energy, etc.)
- Proven track record of bringing innovations from concept to market
- Exceptional communication skills for executive and technical audiences
- Advanced degree in relevant field (MS/MBA/PhD preferred)
- Experience with agile methodologies and innovation frameworks
- Global perspective with multicultural experience preferred
