Responsibilities
- Develop and implement strategic foresight frameworks for 2026+ horizon planning
- Lead scenario modeling and risk analysis for technological disruptions
- Conduct primary research on emerging trends in quantum computing, neurotech, and climate adaptation
- Collaborate with C-suite executives to integrate future insights into corporate strategy
- Build and curate a global network of futurists, technologists, and policy influencers
- Produce executive-ready trend briefings and future-state roadmaps
- Represent company at Davos, SXSW, and other future-focused conferences
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futurism, Strategic Planning, Systems Thinking, or equivalent experience
- 7+ years in strategic foresight, trend analysis, or innovation consulting
- Published thought leadership on technological or societal transformation
- Expertise in horizon scanning, Delphi methods, and scenario planning
- Proficiency in data visualization tools (Tableau, Power BI) and AI trend analysis
- Experience advising Fortune 500 or government entities on future strategy
- Portfolio demonstrating 3+ future-strategy implementations with measurable impact
