Responsibilities

- Develop scenario-based strategic frameworks for 2026+ market conditions
- Lead innovation sprints with R&D teams to prototype future-facing solutions
- Produce executive-level trend briefings and disruption risk assessments
- Collaborate with product teams to integrate foresight into roadmaps
- Establish partnerships with academic institutions and innovation labs
- Present strategic vision to C-suite and board stakeholders
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futures Studies, Technology Strategy, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 8+ years in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or R&D leadership
- Portfolio demonstrating trend forecasting accuracy for 2020+ developments
- Expertise in systems thinking and scenario planning methodologies
- Deep knowledge of emerging tech stacks (Web3, AGI, synthetic biology)
- Experience publishing thought leadership in industry publications
- Track record of translating foresight into commercialized innovations
