Responsibilities
- Develop and implement horizon-scanning frameworks identifying disruptive technologies and societal shifts through 2030
- Lead cross-functional workshops to translate futuristic insights into actionable product roadmaps and business strategies
- Author visionary white papers and scenario-planning models for executive board and investor presentations
- Establish strategic partnerships with academic institutions and emerging tech incubators
- Quantify market potential and ROI projections for next-generation innovations
- Advise on ethical frameworks and risk mitigation for breakthrough technologies
Qualifications
- Minimum 8 years in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or technology R&D leadership
- Proven track record of commercializing emerging technologies (quantum/AI/biotech preferred)
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Systems Engineering, or related field
- Expertise in scenario planning, Delphi methods, and trend analysis methodologies
