Responsibilities
- Conduct horizon scanning and trend analysis to identify disruptive technologies and societal shifts impacting 2026+ landscapes
- Develop strategic innovation frameworks and scenario-planning models for long-term organizational resilience
- Lead cross-functional teams in prototyping and validating future-focused solutions
- Translate foresight insights into actionable business strategies and executive recommendations
- Build and maintain external partnerships with academic institutions, think tanks, and innovation hubs
- Champion a culture of experimentation and calculated risk-taking across the organization
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futures Studies, Innovation Management, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 8+ years in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or corporate R&D leadership
- Proven track record of translating future scenarios into commercial opportunities
- Expertise in emerging technologies (AI, biotech, quantum computing, Web3)
- Exceptional systems thinking and scenario-planning methodologies
- Experience with trend analysis tools (e.g., Horizon Scanning, Delphi Method)
- Strong stakeholder management and executive communication skills
