Responsibilities
- Analyze global megatrends and technological disruptions to map innovation roadmaps for 2026+
- Develop scenario-based strategic frameworks for C-suite decision-making
- Lead cross-functional workshops to translate foresight into product/service roadmaps
- Author high-impact trend reports and whitepapers for industry leadership
- Build and maintain strategic partnerships with research institutions and emerging tech startups
- Quantify future market opportunities using predictive modeling and data analytics
- Advose on ethical implications and societal impact of emerging technologies
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futures Studies, Strategic Foresight, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 5+ years in innovation strategy, R&D, or futurist consulting at Fortune 500 level
- Proven track record of developing and implementing 5+ year strategic plans
- Deep expertise in at least two emerging tech domains (AI, quantum computing, synthetic biology)
- Exceptional data storytelling and visualization skills using tools like Tableau/Power BI
- Published thought leadership in futurism or innovation strategy (peer-reviewed or industry publications)
- Certification in Strategic Foresight (e.g., from Association of Professional Futurists)
