Responsibilities
- Conduct cutting-edge trend analysis and scenario planning for 2026+ technology and market landscapes
- Develop strategic roadmaps for disruptive product innovation aligned with long-term future-state visions
- Lead cross-functional workshops to integrate foresight methodologies into R&D and business planning
- Present compelling future-state narratives to executive stakeholders and investment committees
- Build and maintain a global network of futurists, technologists, and industry disruptors
- Quantify market opportunities and risks through predictive modeling and horizon scanning
- Author thought leadership publications on emerging paradigms and their commercial implications
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futures Studies, Strategy, Technology, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 7+ years in strategic innovation, consulting, or R&D with proven foresight impact
- Expertise in scenario planning, horizon scanning, and emerging technology assessment
- Deep knowledge of AI, quantum computing, bio-convergence, and climate tech trajectories
- Exceptional storytelling skills with executive-level presentation experience
- Published author or speaker at global innovation forums (e.g., WEF, SingularityU)
- Portfolio demonstrating successful future-state strategy implementation
