Responsibilities

Qualifications
- Master's degree in Technology Strategy, Futures Studies, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 7+ years in strategic innovation consulting or corporate R&D leadership
- Proven track record in scenario planning and technology forecasting
- Deep expertise in at least two emerging tech domains (quantum/AI/biotech)
- Exceptional communication skills for translating complex concepts
- Experience with futures research methodologies (Delphi, horizon scanning)
- Portfolio of published future trend analyses or innovation frameworks
- Certification in Futures Thinking or Strategic Foresight
