- Develop and maintain trend-scanning frameworks identifying disruptive forces impacting 2026+ markets
- Design scenario-planning models for high-impact industries (AI, biotech, climate tech)
- Lead cross-functional workshops to translate foresight into actionable innovation pipelines
- Produce executive-grade strategic briefings and horizon reports for board-level decisions
- Establish partnerships with academic institutions and innovation labs
- Champion future-proofing initiatives across product development and business units
- Mentor teams in strategic foresight methodologies and trend analysis
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or future-focused leadership
- Expertise in scenario planning, horizon scanning, and trend analysis frameworks
- Proven track record influencing C-suite strategy with data-driven foresight
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Strategy, or related technical field
- Deep understanding of exponential technologies (quantum computing, AGI, synthetic biology)
- Certification in strategic foresight (e.g., CFIP, WFS) strongly preferred
- Exceptional storytelling abilities to translate complex futures into compelling narratives
- Experience building innovation ecosystems within large enterprises
