Responsibilities
- Develop and execute the 2026+ innovation strategy aligned with long-term corporate vision
- Analyze emerging tech trends (AI, quantum computing, biotech) and societal shifts to identify disruptive opportunities
- Lead cross-functional workshops to forecast future market landscapes and customer needs
- Design scenario-planning frameworks for high-impact business transformations
- Present strategic recommendations to executive stakeholders and board members
- Build and manage a global network of futurists, technologists, and industry disruptors
- Champion innovation culture through mentorship and thought leadership initiatives
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategy consulting, innovation management, or futurist research
- Proven track record of launching future-focused initiatives in tech or enterprise environments
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Systems Thinking, or related field (PhD/MSc preferred)
- Expertise in scenario planning, trend analysis, and technology forecasting methodologies
- Exceptional communication skills with ability to articulate complex concepts to diverse audiences
- Experience with AI/ML, blockchain, or exponential technologies
- Certification in strategic foresight (e.g., CFAP) strongly preferred
- Portfolio demonstrating 3+ future-shaping projects
