- Produce quarterly 'Horizon Scan' reports for executive leadership
- Design innovation pipelines for next-gen products/services
- Collaborate with R&D on prototyping future technologies
- Represent company at global futurism conferences (e.g., Davos, Singularity Summit)
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futures Studies, Strategic Foresight, or equivalent
- 8+ years in innovation strategy, consulting, or R&D leadership
- Published thought leadership on emerging tech trends
- Expertise in scenario planning and trend analysis frameworks
- Proven track record of commercializing futuristic concepts
- Deep understanding of exponential technologies (AI, blockchain, quantum)
