Responsibilities
- Develop and execute the 2026 innovation roadmap, aligning with UN SDGs and ethical AI principles
- Lead horizon scanning for emerging technologies (quantum computing, neuro interfaces, synthetic biology)
- Design human-centered innovation frameworks for next-generation products
- Collaborate with Fortune 500 partners to future-proof their strategic initiatives
- Publish thought leadership in peer-reviewed journals and industry forums
- Manage a $5M innovation fund for prototyping breakthrough concepts
- Mentor cross-functional teams in futures thinking methodologies
Qualifications
- 10+ years in innovation strategy, futures research, or emerging technology roles
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Systems Thinking, or related field
- Published work on AI ethics, climate tech, or human augmentation
- Proven track record of scaling from concept to commercialization
- Deep understanding of exponential technologies and their societal impacts
- Experience with scenario planning and strategic foresight frameworks
- Certification in Foresight Methodology (e.g., WFS, APF)
- Portfolio demonstrating 3+ future-oriented projects with measurable impact
