Responsibilities
- Conduct horizon-scanning research to identify disruptive technologies and market shifts through 2026
- Develop strategic foresight frameworks and innovation roadmaps for executive leadership
- Lead cross-functional workshops to translate future scenarios into actionable initiatives
- Analyze global socio-economic trends impacting industry evolution and competitive landscapes
- Partner with R&D teams to prototype and validate future-facing solutions
- Deliver compelling presentations to stakeholders on emerging opportunities and risks
- Mentor innovation teams and foster a culture of future-focused experimentation
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futures Studies, Innovation Management, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 7+ years in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or technology strategy
- Proven expertise in trend analysis, scenario planning, and disruption modeling
- Deep understanding of exponential technologies (AI, quantum, biotech)
- Exceptional communication skills with executive presence
- Portfolio demonstrating successful innovation implementation
- Certification in foresight methodologies (e.g., from APF or WFS)
- Experience in high-growth tech or Fortune 500 environments
