Responsibilities

- Lead cross-functional workshops to embed foresight methodologies into R&D pipelines
- Produce high-impact trend reports and predictive models for executive decision-making
- Partner with venture teams to evaluate emerging technologies for strategic partnerships
- Represent company at global innovation forums and thought leadership summits
- Mentor junior strategists in futures thinking and scenario planning frameworks
Qualifications
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Strategic Innovation, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 10+ years in strategic planning with 5+ years in foresight or trend analysis
- Proven track record developing future-ready business strategies for Fortune 500 companies
- Expertise in horizon scanning, Delphi methods, and scenario planning techniques
- Deep understanding of exponential technologies and their societal implications
- Exceptional presentation skills with experience addressing executive audiences
- Certification in Strategic Foresight or Innovation Management required
