Responsibilities
- Develop 5-10 year foresight frameworks for emerging tech trends (quantum computing, neurotech, etc.)
- Lead cross-functional innovation sprints to prototype future-facing solutions
- Produce scenario-based strategic plans for geopolitical and market disruptions
- Partner with R&D to translate foresight into commercialization opportunities
- Deliver executive-level trend briefings to board members and investors
- Build and lead a global network of futurist thought partners
- Author annual 'Future State' reports influencing company-wide strategy
Qualifications
- 8+ years in strategy consulting, corporate innovation, or futurist research
- Proven track record of translating foresight into business impact
- Deep expertise in at least two emerging tech domains (AI, blockchain, etc.)
- Exceptional storytelling and data visualization skills
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Systems Thinking, or related field
- Published thought leadership in innovation or foresight publications
- Certification in strategic foresight (e.g., AC/FS) preferred
- Experience scaling innovation initiatives in Fortune 500 environments
