- Build partnerships with academic institutions and industry think tanks
- Curate and maintain a 'Future Intelligence' knowledge repository
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategy, innovation management, or futurist consulting
- Proven track record of translating foresight into commercial outcomes
- Expertise in scenario planning, trend analysis, and horizon scanning
- Strong background in at least two emerging tech domains (AI, biotech, quantum computing)
- Exceptional communication skills for presenting complex future concepts
- Advanced degree in strategic foresight, business, or related field
- Published thought leadership on future trends or innovation strategies
- Experience scaling innovation programs in enterprise environments
