Responsibilities
- Conduct horizon-scanning research to identify and validate emerging technologies, societal shifts, and market disruptors through 2026
- Develop data-driven innovation roadmaps aligning with organizational vision and industry disruption timelines
- Lead cross-functional workshops to translate foresight into product development and strategic initiatives
- Author executive briefings and trend reports influencing C-suite decisions and investment priorities
- Build and maintain a global network of futurists, academics, and industry pioneers
- Champion human-centric design principles in all innovation strategies
- Mentor junior strategists in future methodologies and analytical frameworks
Qualifications
- 8+ years in strategy, innovation, or futurist roles with demonstrated impact on tech/business transformation
- Expertise in trend analysis, scenario planning, and technology forecasting methodologies
- Proven ability to translate complex future concepts into executable business strategies
- Strong background in AI/ML, biotech, or sustainable tech domains
- Exceptional communication skills with executive audiences and diverse stakeholders
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Technology Strategy, MBA, or related field
- Portfolio of published foresight work or innovation frameworks
- Proficiency in foresight tools (e.g., Delphi method, horizon scanning platforms)
