- Manage $2M+ R&D budgets for experimental projects targeting 2026 market readiness
- Mentor junior futurists and build an internal innovation pipeline

Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futures Studies, Innovation Management, or related field
- 7+ years in strategic foresight, R&D leadership, or tech consulting
- Proven track record of commercializing futuristic concepts (portfolio required)
- Expertise in scenario planning and trend analysis methodologies
- Deep understanding of quantum computing, AGI ethics, and circular economy principles
