Responsibilities

- Develop 2026-focused innovation roadmaps aligned with corporate vision and market demands
- Lead scenario planning workshops for C-level stakeholders on future industry disruption
- Partner with R&D teams to prototype and validate next-generation solutions
- Author thought leadership publications on future trends and their business implications
- Manage a $5M innovation incubator fund for high-potential futuristic ventures
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futures Studies, Strategic Foresight, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 5+ years in strategy consulting or corporate innovation with proven 2026+ planning experience
- Expertise in trend analysis, scenario planning, and technology assessment frameworks
- Deep understanding of exponential technologies and their societal impacts
- Exceptional storytelling skills to communicate complex future scenarios
- Published thought leadership in futurism or innovation (e.g., MIT Tech Review, HBR)
- Proficiency in foresight tools (e.g., Delphi method, horizon scanning)
