As a thought leader in our Innovation Lab, you'll collaborate with C-suite executives, R&D pioneers, and global policymakers to anticipate paradigm shifts. Your insights will shape product roadmaps, investment strategies, and organizational transformation initiatives across AI, quantum computing, biotechnology, and sustainable ecosystems.
Responsibilities
- Lead horizon scanning and trend analysis across 15+ emerging technology domains
- Develop scenario-based strategic frameworks for 2026 market evolution
- Design and facilitate executive workshops on disruptive innovation pathways
- Produce annual 'Future State' reports with predictive analytics
- Partner with R&D to translate foresight into tangible innovation pipelines
- Advain on M&A opportunities aligned with future market trajectories
- Build and lead a global network of futurist thought partners
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futures Studies, Strategic Innovation, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 8+ years in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or corporate strategy
- Portfolio demonstrating published future-state analyses or scenario planning
- Expertise in at least 3 emerging tech verticals (AI, quantum, biotech, etc.)
- Proven ability to translate complex concepts into executive narratives
- Certification in foresight methodology (e.g., CFPS) or equivalent
- Experience advising Fortune 500 organizations on transformation
