Responsibilities
- Develop and implement 2026+ strategic innovation roadmaps for Fortune 500 clients
- Lead cross-functional teams in prototyping next-gen solutions (quantum computing, biotech, AR/VR)
- Conduct horizon scanning to identify disruptive technologies and market shifts
- Design scenario-planning frameworks for climate resilience and ethical AI adoption
- Present findings to executive boards and investor consortiums
- Curate annual FutureTech Summit featuring Nobel laureates and industry pioneers
- Mentor junior futurists in trend analysis and strategic foresight methodologies
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic innovation, R&D leadership, or futurism consulting
- Proven track record of launching market-disrupting products or services
- Expertise in emerging technologies: quantum computing, synthetic biology, or neuromorphic AI
- Published thought leadership in peer-reviewed futurism journals
- Advanced degree in Technology Strategy, Futures Studies, or related field
- Portfolio demonstrating scenario-planning deliverables for 2020-2025
- Experience securing $5M+ innovation budgets from C-suite stakeholders
