Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain a 5-year strategic foresight framework for quantum, AI, and biotechnology convergence
- Lead cross-functional innovation sprints prototyping next-gen human-machine interfaces
- Partner with R&D to integrate emerging technologies into product roadmaps
- Deliver executive briefings on disruption risks and opportunities for 2026 markets
- Curate a global network of futurists and academic researchers
- Design and implement ethical AI governance frameworks for autonomous systems
- Champion sustainability and inclusive innovation in all strategic initiatives
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic planning or innovation leadership within tech/consulting
- Proven expertise in scenario planning and trend analysis for 2030+ horizons
- Deep knowledge of exponential technologies (quantum, AI, synthetic biology)
- Experience with futures methodologies (Delphi, horizon scanning, causal layered analysis)
- Track record of scaling innovation labs in Fortune 500 environments
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Systems Thinking, or related field
- Published thought leadership on technological disruption
- Strong executive communication and stakeholder management skills
