Responsibilities
- Lead strategic technology planning for 2026+ initiatives, including AI integration, quantum computing applications, and immersive AR/VR ecosystems
- Analyze emerging tech trends and market disruptions to inform product development priorities
- Design scalable architecture for next-gen digital platforms with emphasis on sustainability and ethical AI
- Drive cross-departmental innovation sprints to prototype and validate breakthrough concepts
- Establish KPI frameworks for measuring technology adoption impact and ROI
- Present strategic vision to C-suite executives and external stakeholders

Qualifications
- 10+ years in technology strategy with proven track record in emerging tech adoption
- Expertise in at least two of: AI/ML, blockchain, quantum computing, or spatial computing
- Experience developing 5+ year technology roadmaps for Fortune 500 companies
- Strong background in product lifecycle management from ideation to commercialization
- Certified in emerging technologies (e.g., AWS Certified Machine Learning, Google Cloud AI)
- Demonstrated success in leading cross-functional teams through complex transformations
- Published thought leadership in tech innovation (patents, whitepapers, or keynotes)
- MBA or advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
