Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic technology consulting with Fortune 500 exposure
- PhD or equivalent in Futures Studies, Systems Engineering, or Computer Science
- Published research on exponential technologies (blockchain, quantum, synthetic biology)
- Proficiency in strategic foresight tools (STEEP analysis, Delphi method)
- Track record of launching $10M+ tech initiatives
- Deep understanding of regulatory landscapes (GDPR, CCPA, emerging AI laws)
- Fluency in Mandarin and Arabic for global stakeholder engagement
