Responsibilities
- Develop comprehensive 2026 technology roadmaps aligning with market trends and business objectives
- Lead cross-functional innovation labs exploring quantum computing, AI ethics, and biotech convergence
- Conduct horizon scanning to identify emerging technologies with 3-5 year commercialization potential
- Present strategic recommendations to executive stakeholders with data-driven ROI projections
- Manage innovation portfolios balancing high-risk moonshots with incremental improvements
- Partner with R&D to prototype next-gen solutions in our Silicon Valley innovation hub
- Establish governance frameworks for responsible AI deployment and ethical tech adoption
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic technology planning with proven impact in emerging tech domains
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field (PhD preferred)
- Deep expertise in at least two of: quantum computing, neuromorphic systems, or synthetic biology
- Experience leading cross-functional teams through ambiguous innovation cycles
- Published thought leadership in tech journals or major industry conferences
