Responsibilities

- Establish strategic partnerships with academic institutions and government innovation labs
- Conduct scenario planning for climate-positive technology adoption in 2026+
- Present technology forecasts to C-suite executives and board members
- Manage $15M+ R&D budget allocation across emerging tech verticals
- Author thought leadership pieces for Nature Tech and IEEE journals
Qualifications
- PhD in Computer Science, Quantum Engineering, or related field
- 10+ years in technology strategy or R&D leadership
- Published research in top-tier journals (e.g., Science, Nature)
- Experience scaling AI/quantum systems beyond theoretical models
- Deep knowledge of global tech policy frameworks
- Proven track record of securing federal grants ($5M+)
- Fluency in Python, TensorFlow, and quantum programming languages
- Strong network within DARPA, NSF, or equivalent innovation ecosystems
