Responsibilities

- Develop technology roadmaps aligned with business objectives and future market demands
- Collaborate with R&D to prioritize R&D investments and resource allocation
- Present strategic insights to executive stakeholders and board members
- Build partnerships with startups, academic institutions, and industry leaders
- Monitor global tech policies and regulatory shifts impacting future tech landscapes
Qualifications
- 15+ years in technology strategy, innovation management, or R&D leadership
- Proven track record of developing future-focused technology roadmaps
- Deep expertise in at least two emerging tech domains (AI, quantum, AR/VR, etc.)
- Executive-level communication and stakeholder management skills
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or Business
- Experience with scenario planning and market forecasting methodologies
- Strong network within tech innovation ecosystems and venture capital
- Published thought leadership on future technology trends
