Responsibilities
- Develop and execute 2026+ technology strategy roadmap across all business units
- Identify and evaluate emerging technologies with disruptive potential
- Lead cross-functional innovation sprints with R&D, engineering, and product teams
- Present strategic recommendations to executive stakeholders and board members
- Establish KPIs for technology adoption and innovation ROI
- Partner with venture capital teams to scout future-focused startups
- Drive thought leadership through industry publications and conferences
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic technology planning or innovation management
- Deep expertise in at least two emerging tech domains (quantum, AI, biotech, etc.)
- Proven track record of executing multi-year technology transformation
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or Business
- Strong financial modeling skills for technology investment analysis
- Exceptional communication and executive presentation abilities
- Certification in strategic innovation management (e.g., ASI, CDIO)
- Experience scaling technology initiatives in Fortune 500 environments
