Responsibilities
- Architect 3-5 year technology roadmaps integrating emerging innovations (quantum AI, biotech interfaces, climate tech)
- Lead cross-disciplinary teams to prototype and validate future-facing solutions
- Partner with C-suite executives to align technology strategy with business vision for 2026
- Conduct horizon scanning to identify disruptive technologies and market opportunities
- Drive sustainability initiatives in tech deployment (carbon-neutral computing, circular design)
- Develop patent portfolios and IP strategies for breakthrough innovations
- Present strategic frameworks to investors, board members, and industry consortiums
Qualifications
- 10+ years in technology strategy with 5+ years in emerging tech (quantum/AI/biotech)
- Proven track record of launching market-defining products with >$100M impact
- Deep expertise in futures thinking methodologies (scenario planning, trend analysis)
- Experience leading global R&D teams across 3+ continents
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or Futures Studies (PhD preferred)
- Published thought leadership in top-tier tech publications (MIT Tech Review, Nature)
- Fluency in at least two programming languages (Python preferred) and quantum computing frameworks
- Certification in Sustainable Technology Design (e.g., CSTD)
