Responsibilities
- Architect and execute the 2026 technology strategy roadmap with measurable KPIs

- Lead cross-functional innovation sprints with engineering, product, and design teams
- Present strategic technology visions to C-suite and board stakeholders
- Establish partnerships with academic institutions and industry pioneers
- Develop and manage a $5M+ annual innovation portfolio
- Drive thought leadership through industry publications and conference speaking
Qualifications
- 15+ years in strategic technology roles with proven impact on product roadmaps
- Expertise in at least two emerging tech domains (AI/ML, quantum, AR/VR)
- Track record of launching breakthrough products with $100M+ market impact
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
- Exceptional analytical skills with data-driven decision making
- Strong executive presence and ability to articulate complex visions
- Experience managing innovation budgets and cross-functional teams
- Published thought leadership in technology strategy or innovation
