Responsibilities
- Architect and implement 2026 technology roadmaps with 3-5 year predictive analytics
- Lead cross-functional R&D initiatives in quantum computing and AI convergence
- Identify and evaluate emerging technologies with disruptive potential
- Develop strategic partnerships with academic institutions and tech pioneers
- Create frameworks for ethical adoption of advanced automation systems
- Present technology forecasts to C-suite and board stakeholders
- Manage innovation budget allocation for high-impact experimental projects
Qualifications
- 10+ years in technology strategy with 5+ years in emerging tech forecasting
- Proven track record in scaling AI/ML solutions to enterprise level
- Deep expertise in quantum computing, blockchain, or biotech convergence
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
- Certification in Futures Studies or Technology Foresight preferred
- Experience with patent portfolio development for emerging tech
- Exceptional communication skills for translating complex concepts
- Published research in IEEE or Nature journals on future technologies
