Qualifications

- Expertise in quantum computing, AI governance, or sustainable tech systems
- Proven track record of launching disruptive products with $10M+ budgets
- PhD in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field preferred
- Experience with agile methodologies for long-term R&D projects
- Strong network with Silicon Valley VCs and academic institutions
