Responsibilities
- Lead strategic technology foresight initiatives to identify and evaluate emerging trends impacting 2026-2030 market landscapes
- Architect and execute innovation roadmaps aligned with long-term business objectives and societal impact
- Champion disruptive technologies (quantum computing, AI ethics, biotech convergence) through proof-of-concept development
- Develop future-state scenarios and competitive intelligence frameworks for executive decision-making
- Partner with product teams to integrate future-ready capabilities into current development pipelines
- Represent the organization at global tech summits and thought leadership forums
Qualifications
- 15+ years in technology strategy with proven experience in emerging tech ecosystems
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field; MBA preferred
- Deep expertise in at least two of: quantum computing, AI ethics, biotech integration, or sustainable tech
- Track record of successfully launching future-focused initiatives from concept to market
- Exceptional analytical skills with ability to model complex technological and market interactions
- Strong network within Silicon Valley and global innovation communities
- Certification in Futures Thinking (e.g., from WFS or similar) highly desirable
