- Establish KPIs to measure technology adoption ROI and innovation impact
- Build partnerships with academic institutions and tech startups for co-development opportunities
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business Innovation, or related field
- 7+ years in technology strategy, R&D leadership, or innovation management
- Proven expertise in emerging technologies: AI, quantum computing, biotech, or Web3
- Exceptional analytical skills with ability to synthesize complex data into actionable insights
- Track record of successfully launching technology initiatives with measurable business impact
