- Lead R&D initiatives in quantum AI, sustainable tech, and neural interfaces
- Partner with C-suite executives to translate technical capabilities into market opportunities
- Manage $5M+ innovation budgets and vendor ecosystems
- Present strategic insights to global stakeholders and industry conferences
- Mentor cross-disciplinary teams in emerging tech adoption
- Drive patent development and intellectual property strategy
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic tech roles with 5+ years in emerging tech (quantum/AI/biotech)
- Proven track record of commercializing futuristic technologies
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
- Deep understanding of ethical tech frameworks and regulatory landscapes
- Experience with agile innovation methodologies and startup ecosystems
- Exceptional communication skills for technical and non-technical audiences
- Portfolio of launched tech products or patents
