Responsibilities
- Architect and execute 2026 technology innovation roadmap with 3-5 year strategic vision
- Identify, evaluate, and integrate emerging technologies (quantum computing, neuromorphic AI, Web3.0)
- Lead cross-functional teams to prototype and validate future-facing solutions
- Develop competitive intelligence frameworks for next-generation tech landscapes
- Establish strategic partnerships with research institutions and tech pioneers
- Present strategic recommendations to C-suite and board stakeholders
- Mentor emerging talent in future technology methodologies
Qualifications
- 15+ years in technology strategy with 5+ years in future-tech foresight
- Proven track record in implementing emerging tech solutions at scale
- Deep expertise in AI/ML, distributed systems, and blockchain architectures
- Exceptional analytical skills with ability to synthesize complex data
- Certified Futurist (CF) or equivalent foresight methodology training
- Experience presenting to executive audiences and influencing strategy
- PhD in Computer Science or related field preferred
