Responsibilities
- Develop and execute 2026+ technology roadmaps aligning with market trends and organizational goals
- Lead cross-functional teams in prototyping next-gen solutions (quantum algorithms, biotech interfaces, climate AI)
- Conduct horizon-scanning research to identify disruptive technologies with 3-5 year adoption potential
- Partner with C-suite to integrate strategic tech initiatives into enterprise planning
- Drive innovation through agile methodologies and rapid experimentation cycles
- Present strategic insights to stakeholders via executive briefings and white papers
Qualifications
- 10+ years in technology strategy, R&D leadership, or emerging tech consulting
- Proven track record in scaling AI/quantum/biotech initiatives from concept to deployment
- Deep expertise in at least two of: quantum computing, synthetic biology, climate modeling, or neurotech
- Strong analytical skills with ability to model complex systems and predict technology adoption curves
- Exceptional communication skills for translating technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders
- PhD or equivalent in Computer Science, Physics, Bioengineering, or related field
- Published research or patents in emerging technologies preferred
