Qualifications
- PhD in Computer Science, Quantum Physics, or Biotechnology with 10+ years experience
- Proven track record scaling AI/quantum startups to $100M+ valuations
- Published research in Nature or Science within the last 3 years
- Deep expertise in regulatory landscapes for emerging technologies (FDA, FCC, NIST)
- Proficiency in Python, TensorFlow, and quantum programming languages (Q#)
- Exceptional patent portfolio with 15+ granted AI/quantum patents
- Experience securing government grants (DARPA, NSF) and venture capital
